Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
This business was started by experienced contractors who were looking for a better way to help people. Our services ensure a high level of health and property protection for our customers’ investment.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
We focus on delighting our customers so they want to write reviews about us. After that, we do search engine optimization work and rely on our referral base. In fact, over 50 percent of our business is either repeat customers or people who were referred to us by friends or family that have previously used our services.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Treat every customer like a family member. If you do this, you’ll do the right thing 99.9 percent of the time.
