We got a chance to speak with Erich Amerine, the owner and co-founder of Genesis Home Restorations, about his business’ spectacular online reputation.
The very first thing we wanted to know was what sets the Genesis Home Restorations team so far above their competitors. Erich told us it all comes down to the way they go about their work. “For us, communication is huge. We certainly try to set a standard and make sure we are gaining the information we need to figure out what is happening. We want our work to be successful. I would say that standing by the work we do is huge,” he told us. “Our biggest focus is ensuring that the health of occupants is as high as possible with our testing procedure.
