Not Your Average Restoration Company
We were excited to learn all about PuroClean Certified Restoration Specialists and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Marcus Fors.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes PuroClean Certified Restoration Specialists stand apart from its competitors. Marcus said that they believe in quality over quantity. He said that many other companies will frequently take on more jobs than they can actually handle, and will pick and choose the best jobs, sometimes, missing or no-showing for the other clients. That’s not the case at PuroClean. Marcus said he will always tell people if they are too busy. They want to be able to offer top-notch service to everyone they work with.
Marcus told us about the importance of treating the clients’ homes like their own and giving them the respect they deserve:
“We really just walk into every customer’s house thinking that it’s ours. We wouldn’t do anything to a customer’s home that we wouldn’t do in our home. I try to emphasize that in my guys; they pick a time, and they try to do it right.”
Marcus went on to tell us about his qualified staff:
“Our guys are certified in everything that we do. There are some companies out there where the owner has all the certifications for water, fire and mold, and then they send their minions out to go do the work. My guys are actually certified in what they do. So, they don’t have to call me and say, ‘Hey, I don’t know what’s going on, or what do we do next?’ They know what they’re doing, and they’ve been doing it for a while. We have a great group of guys, and I think that’s what makes us different.”
