We wanted to learn what makes this award-winning business tick, so we took a few minutes to talk with Corinne Latraverse, Office Manager at Cranston Cosmetic Dentistry.

“We’re going to do what’s ethical and right and educate them on why we might not do things a certain way… That’s the transparency. If we know how something should be handled or situated, we explain it to them. We show them the pictures and the x-rays and make them understand what’s going on in their mouth. When they leave here, they are satisfied and have a clear answer. They’re happy about having to come back to the dentist instead of being scared and not knowing the next step.”

Don’t try to do something to take someone’s money. I tell patients that we’re not here to take their money. We want to give you the best treatment possible. As long as you understand and feel comfortable, we want to be able to treat you. I feel other businesses should do the same thing. Businesses are here to make money, but patient care is what is important. They’re the ones who put money in our pockets to be able to feed our families, and if we didn’t treat them with the respect they deserve, we wouldn’t have a job.”
