We wanted to learn more about this two-time award winner and how they managed to build such an impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with Hans Weikl, the general manager of Madison Roofing.
The first thing we wanted to know was what makes Madison Roofing a one-of-a-kind roofing company in Idaho. Hans pointed to the integrity they operate with as a family-owned business, as well as to the fact that they’ve been around for so long:
“We were founded in 1974, and our values haven’t changed. All of our work is done in-house, and we don’t have subcontractors, so we don’t create that ‘dark cloud of liability and responsibility.’ We work hard to meet our promises, and I have been doing so for the 22 years I’ve worked here.”
We also asked Hans what their mission is at Madison Roofing and how they work to make the world a better place. Here’s his response:
“Our mission is to provide an opportunity for everybody. We are open to the right individuals. We provide education to customers and want to allow them to grow with the resources and services we provide.
