We were excited to learn all about Delta Self-Storage and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Resident Manager, Mary Horton-Colling.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Delta Self-Storage stand apart from its competitors. Mary told us that their clients are like family to them, and they truly and sincerely take care of them. They strive to exceed their customers’ expectations and work hard to win their respect. They are also not in the habit of raising their rates because for them, it’s not about the bottom line, it’s about helping others out.
