We wanted to learn all about East University Self Storage and its impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with the manager, Arnie.
The first question we had for Arnie was what is it that sets East University Self Storage apart from their competition in Iowa. Here’s Arnie’s response:
“We are a family-run business. I got started when I had this property that I wanted to flip but I couldn’t get it sold, so in 1999, I started using it for a self storage facility. We are a smaller facility. We have a lot of repeat consumers.”
