What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We’re a family-owned and -operated company that focuses on treating everybody well every single day.
Additionally, I was formerly a general contractor, and I built our facilities from the ground up, one building at a time. Every aspect of our business is designed for excellence, including the facilities themselves!
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We always go out of our way to help people. If they have any issues when they are moving, if they need something that’s out of the ordinary or if they need us to come in early or stay late, we’re always happy to accommodate.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
We really enjoy the business because we get to meet new people all the time from our community. It also allows us to give back to charitable organizations, like The Center Stage Theater, Louisville Dolphin Swim Club and Monarch High School After Prom.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
Our biggest and only growth strategy is the referrals our happy customers give to their friends, family and coworkers.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
At the end of the day, the most important thing is to treat everyone as you would like to be treated. Always be fair-minded and fair, and go out of your way to help people.
