Not Your Average Self Storage Center
We were excited to learn all about Lighthouse Storage and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Director of Operations, Kent Jones.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Lighthouse Storage stand apart from its competitors. Kent told us about their commitment to being available to their customers. He said that they offer 24-seven surveillance at their facility, and that they have a kiosk that offers 24-seven access to their clients. All of their facilities are paved and have LED lighting. Their staff is on-site every day from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm and performs walk-throughs every week. They provide the highest level of care and offer insurance as well as protection locks. Kent also told us:
“As the Director of Operations, I will take care of every customer, even if I personally have to go on-site to do so.”
We asked Kent what the Lighthouse Storage business mission is, and he told us:

Lighthouse Storage has earned a fantastic reputation, so we were excited to learn about how they have gotten their name out and grown their business. When we asked Kent what their secret is to getting those positive online reviews, he said that there’s no secret and that it all comes down to taking care of the customers and communicating with them.
