We wanted to learn more about this two-time award winner and how they managed to build such an impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with Nancy Eldredge, general manager at Magic Valley Storage.
The first thing we wanted to know was what makes Magic Valley Storage a one-of-a-kind self storage center in Idaho. Here’s what Nancy had to say:
“We are one of the oldest facilities in Twin Fall, but you would never know that. We are located on the north-end of town, and we have clean units and well-rounded security. We are a recommended facility from the local police department. …We do regular maintenance on the entire property to keep it in good condition.”
Nancy went on to say:
“We offer a lot of things that other storage facilities don’t offer, including the ability to accommodate large moving trucks to their unit. We offer package delivery acceptance for our business accounts, and we are available to answer your phone calls or questions Monday through Saturday.”

“We strive to provide the customers with their best storage experience, from move-in to move-out. We donate units to the Red Cross, give to Toys for Tots and support local FFA livestock sales each year. We make other donations when and as much as we can to charity.”
