Not Your Average Senior Living Community
We were excited to learn all about Covington Senior Living and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the community relations director, Lexie Call.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Covington Senior Living stand apart from its competitors. Lexie told us that they offer a very professional, hands-on community, and said that their memory care program is outstanding. They have started doing cognitive testing for their residents to help staff and families have a better relationship with their loved ones. They are also locally-owned, and Lexie said that the owners are known to frequently stop-by to check in on everything.
She went on to tell us about the Covington Senior Living business mission, saying:
“Our mission is to nurture the human spirit of our residents through their continued journey through life.”
Building Success Through Personal Connection
Covington Senior Living has earned a fantastic reputation, so we asked Lexie how they have managed to grow their business and get such great reviews. She told us that they simply ask their residents and their family members for their honest feedback. She said:
