Not Your Average Senior Living Community
We were excited to learn all about how Eastmont Towers has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the Director of Sales, Melinda Stone.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Eastmont Towers stand apart from their competitors. Milinda let us know about their different levels of care that support health, wellness, activity, and friendship. She said that they have an eight-acre campus that takes care of the needs of more than 200 individuals. The staff is committed to their residents and always put them first. Melinda told us about the incredible staff retention they have; some of their employees have been with them for over 20 years!
We asked Melinda how Eastmont Towers works to help make the world a better place. She told us that they are a not for profit, and are active in various charitable services, work with the local mission, participate in park clean-ups, and encourage their employees to be active and giving members of their communities.
Building Success Through Intentional Outreach
Eastmont Towers has managed to build an impressive reputation over the years, so we were excited to hear about some of the ways they have marketed and grown their business. Melinda shared that they do a lot of intentional outreach, they use ads on Facebook, Google, the radio, and local publications. They also host community events and ask for reviews.
