We were excited to learn all about CW Wraps and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Sam Carlino.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes CW Wraps stand apart from its competitors. Sam told us about their commitment to excellence, saying:
“We strive for perfection in every job we produce. That’s how I built the business. If we strive to be perfect on everything, knowing that we’ll never meet that, we’ll always improve and always deliver the best that we can.”
When we asked Sam about their business mission, he told us:
“We call it the Holy Grail. At CW Wraps, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work. We deliver exceptional service daily with an emphasis on teamwork, consistency, and workmanship. We strive to improve as individuals and as a company while building long-lasting relationships. That is the first page of our Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines for our employees, the first page of our employee manual. That is who we are and what we’re about and that is our code. That’s why we call it the Holy Grail of CW Wraps.”
Building Success And Giving Back
CW Wraps has earned a fantastic reputation, so we asked Sam how they have managed to grow their business and get their name out.
In addition to building the kind of online reputation that any small business would envy, CW Wraps has spread the word about who they are and what they do by finding ways to give back to the community. Sam said that they are involved in a lot of school events, and do what they can to participate and give back to the local elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools. He also told us:
“I was a fireman for years and years, so we like to give back to all the people that are willing to step up, like the teachers, the firefighters, the EMS providers, and the police; anybody that’s willing to do what they do for us, we do a lot to support them.”

“Work hard, [focus on] quality, and create lasting relationships. If you [do that], then those customers will be willing to say good things about you. You don’t have to beg for it, and you don’t have to work hard for it. I’ve never asked for any of it, our customers choose to do it based on the quality of service and the relationships that we build.”
