We were excited to learn all about Fastsigns and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the franchise owner, Nick Tangelder.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Fastsigns stand apart from its competitors. Nick told us about their passion for customer service. He told us:
“We are customer-focused; we are not going to recommend something based on anything other than satisfying the customer’s needs. From the minute they walk in or call, we try to find out what solution they are looking for and how we can fit their needs. When we commit to something, we do it 100 percent.”
When we asked Nick about their overall business mission, he told us:
“We are trying to be the most customer-centric sign company in the area. We are customer-oriented through the whole process, including the follow up and pricing. We are trying to be fair to everyone.”
