Not Your Average Sign Company
We were excited to learn all about how neXsigns has been able to build such an awesome reputation, so we sat down with, Rosie Destin, who co-owns the business with her husband, Ricky.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes neXsigns stand apart from their competitors. Rosie told us, “We have a very high quality of work. Our customer service is also great. We go above and beyond to make our customers happy! We’re also very experienced. We’ve been doing this for 35 years between the two of us, and decided to strike out on our own in Delaware.”
When asked about why Rose and her team do what they do, she said, “Our endgame is to make signs, t-shirts, business cards, and all other printed materials affordable and to make sure the customers are satisfied. We’ve noticed that other print shops tend to sell what they want, not what the customers want. We try to meet the customers’ needs, not just take their money. We like to meet with customers and give them options on what would work best for them so they’re satisfied with the end result.”
Building Success Through Happy Customers
When it comes to the neXsigns secret to success, Rosie told us it is all about asking for reviews from happy customers. But, we couldn’t let her go without finding out what other avenues neXsigns pursues to gain business. She said, “We have our company name on our vehicles, and we’ve been doing a lot of social media posts… We also have a couple of yard signs out around town.”

“First of all be true to what you’re doing and love what you do. We love what we do! Don’t do it for the money, do it because you love it! When you’re passionate it shows. You’ll put in the extra effort to make sure it works. There are times when you feel there’s too much sacrifice, but your passion and determination will keep you driven.”
