Production manager, Jeddie Merril, took a moment to chat with us about Sign Pro’s online reputation and overall success. The first thing we wanted to know was what sets Sign Pro apart. In Jeddie’s words, “Our experience in the [industry]. We’ve been around for many, many years. That, and the overall experience that all the employees have [collectively]. I think that helps us outshine everyone else in the industry. I myself have a little over eight years of experience. We have other employees that have several years of experience as well…”
Sign Pro is extremely passionate about their work and doing the best for their customers, which has certainly shown through the many positive online reviews they’ve received. “We definitely find great enjoyment in what we do. In many ways, myself and others kind of compare it to almost an art form, more or less. We’re creating something from the very beginning of the design process and manufacturing something that is legitimate and three dimensional at the end of the process.”

So, what is the Sign Pro secret to success? According to Jeddie, “It’s our strong commitment to making sure that we get things done right, as well as our attention to detail. Just making sure we produce the best quality [we] absolutely can for our customers. Where we live, in Cache Valley, it’s fairly small, not that small, but somewhat small, so everybody is pretty personable and everybody kind of knows each other within the community as far as businesses go.”

As for online, as things tend to lean more and more that way, everything’s kind of online-based.
