We were excited to learn all about Bayside Urgent Care Center and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Richard, and the Marketing Coordinator, Ashley.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Bayside Urgent Care Center stand apart from its competitors. Richard and Ashley told us:
“We are not a big corporate monster, so we try to be more like a family. We take our time when we hire people so we can find out if their culture matches our care… We enjoy helping people, and that mentality spreads throughout the staff. From the front desk to the back rooms, everyone is generally trying to help both one another and the patients.”
We asked Richard and Ashley if they could tell us a bit about the Bayside Urgent Care Center business mission, and they said:
“Our mission statement would be to provide great quality health care to the point where people want to use us as their health care provider, while making every person feel valued, heard, and appreciated.”

They said that they really just focus on caring for their patients and making sure that their customer service is great. “We do a lot of community outreach and look to build the community’s trust in us by showing that we care. We want to show to the community that we truly want to help. We will go out and literally just talk to people, whether it’s at schools, out volunteering, at sporting events, or just out and about in the community. We want to get out there so people know that we are there for them with open arms.”
