We were excited to learn all about Ouch! Urgent Care and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Chris Jenkins.
Ouch! Urgent Care is a neighborhood urgent care center that wants to be neighborly and family-friendly. They have a state of the art facility and an exceptional staff that is committed to treating patients as if they were family. Chris said that their focus is placed on reflecting about how they would feel taking their own family members to the doctor, and then offering the kind of care that they would like their family to be given.
Building Success Through Referrals
Ouch! Urgent Care has benefited greatly from online reviews. They use a scheduling system that keeps their patients in order. Chris said that they use this system to communicate with their clients via text to ask them for a review. Chris shared that this has been a big part of their success, and that they are incredibly grateful to all of their patients for letting people know about their experience at Ouch!
