We wanted to learn all about Therapeutix Mind & Body Inc. and what they’ve been up to since they won a Top Rated Local award for being ranked among the top five photographers in 2018, so we took a few minutes to talk with Co-Owner Crystal Hoppie.
It was clear from Therapeutix Mind & Body Inc.’s 2018 Top Rated Local award that they know a thing or two about building a strong online reputation, and their two 2019 Top Rated Local awards are evidence that they also know how to maintain their reputation. When we asked Crystal what they’ve done to continue to get such great feedback, she said:
“We just give top-rated services and customer care, and we focus on our clients. We build relationships, which leads to our clients sticking around.”
We also asked Crystal what it is that makes Therapeutix Mind & Body Inc. stand out, and she said:
“We focus on the specific needs of every individual who walks through the door. All of us here have special gifts that cater to each customer. …Every service we provide is catered to each customer, because everyone is different. There’s no ‘cookie-cutter’ mentality here.”

Of their biggest challenges, Crystal told us that they’ve gone through many astronomical challenges over the last year, and said:
“You never know what tomorrow brings, so make the best of today. We face different challenges every day, whether they’re with clients, employees or the business itself. You have to take it step by step, day by day. Without challenges, you have no growth. Laugh in the face of adversity. Each challenge is unique in its own, and how to overcome them is always different.”
Crystal went on to tell us that their biggest accomplishment has been finding the courage to open another location.

“I love being a part of an amazing community. I have learned so much about myself. You cant be successful without a team behind you. You can’t do it yourself, and I have realized just how much you need others and their support.”
Crystal added:
“We love helping people.”
We were excited to learn about what comes next for this award-winning photographer, so we asked Crystal what their goals are for the next year. She told us:
“I would like to see our team grow together, for the culture to be tighter and for them to support/learn from one another. We aim to contribute more to the community and continue to grow and be a blessing.”
As the owner of a second-time award-winning business, Crystal has a lot of knowledge to share. When we asked what advice she has for the many new business owners out there who are just starting out, she said:
“Take the leap. Take the first step, and see what happens. It could change your life in more ways than one.”
Crystal ended our conversation by giving a shoutout to Blake, her husband, the vice president of the company and her “rock,” and said:
“I couldn’t do it without him.”
