We were excited to learn all about how Armadale Animal Hospital has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the Office Manager, Joseph Kinnarney.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Armadale Animal Hospital stand apart from their local competitors. To start, this practice can boast an incredibly high staff retention rate. Many of the doctors have been with Armandale for more than 10 years.
Such a high level of reliability in their staff means that they are able to focus on providing excellent customer service. They work hard to treat every patient like family. In fact, their company motto is, “Arrive as patients, leave as family.”
Because of their incredible reputation, they are actually facing the exciting new growth opportunity of doubling their space! They have recently added more doctors’ hours and have converted offices into overflow rooms for exams. They are excited to be moving into their new location.
