We wanted to learn more about this two-time award winner and how they managed to build such an impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with Sue Marshall, Hospital Manager at Brackett Street Veterinary Clinic.

“One of the things our staff is known for is compassion, from the front desk to the technique to the doctor, and also, the ability of the staff to educate the client to make the best decision for both of them. We know you love your pets; we want you to be able to love them longer.”
Sue went on to add:
“We utilize new, advanced equipment, including ultrasound, dental x-ray and cold laser. We offer integrated services, including acupuncture. And because we are always focused on the pet’s well-being, some of our staff is working on fear-free certification. If that weren’t enough, we also offer two locations — our main hospital at 192 Brackett Street and a second one at 119 Bishop Street, Portland. Our newer Bishop Street facility offers the same great staff and doctors, but has a great ‘off-the-highway’ location — with DRIVE UP parking.”

“Our mission is to educate our clients to a point where they can help prevent disease and geriatric disorders for as long as possible, so they get to enjoy their time with their four-legged friend for longer and in better condition.
