We were excited to learn all about Seventy First Animal Hospital and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Office Manager, Marie Grayot.
Seventy First Animal Hospital was established in 1994 and has been able to stand apart from its competitors because of its commitment to communication and client education. They offer excellent customer service, make a genuine attempt to educate their customers, and always follow-up to make sure that the pet is improving after the treatment. Marie told us about the importance of communication:
