We were excited to learn all about how Jims Window Cleaning has been able to build such an awesome reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Joe Miller.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Jims Window Cleaning stand apart from their competitors. In Joe’s words, “It’s our reputation! We’ve built a great one since 1970. We’ve got people that wait six months to a year to get in! We’re completely family-owned.”
When asked about the Jims Window Cleaning mission, Joe said, “I perform a service that people either can’t or don’t want to do. You can do any improvements you want to your house, but if the light can’t get in it will never look good.”
Building Success Through Word of Mouth
“Most of all of my stuff is word of mouth. I don’t ask for reviews, my clients just do it on their own,” Joe told us when we asked about his secret to success.
