We were excited to learn all about Popcareplus Urgent Care Center and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Office Manager, Irma Doering.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Popcareplus Urgent Care Center stand apart from their competitors. Kindness is key here, and Irma tells us that they believe in seeing their patients for a reasonable amount of time, offering them quality care, and not bogging them down with medical bills. They also offer immigration physicals. Their company is independent, which gives them the freedom to offer a personal touch and form meaningful relationships with their patients. Irma said:
“We treat our patients like they are our family members. We put their needs first above anything else.”
Popcareplus Urgent Care Center is also owned by ER physicians, and they have PAs on site at all times.
Building Success By Listening to Others
Popcareplus Urgent Care Center has managed to gain an incredible reputation, despite working against major corporations. Irma told us that they have had done very minimal advertising, and that they focus on boosting posts on Facebook, attending local events, like health fairs, food drives, and coat drives, and by placing flags on graves at memorials. Irma said:
