We were excited to learn all about how Fremont Dental Group has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the Office Coordinator, Alex Headid.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Fremont Dental Group stand apart from their competitors. Alex told us that this practice strives to go above and beyond to make sure their patients have the best possible experience. This starts with the reliability of their staff, like Dr. McCarthy, who has been in the area for over 19 years! They value their clients’ time, so they use a local lab that is owned by one of their doctors; they always accept new patients; they do in-office crowns, and they are an Invisalign® provider! Alex also told us that it is important that their staff are all constantly continuing their education and keeping up with new training in the field.
We talked a bit about the business mission at Fremont Dental Group, which Alex described as:
“Our ultimate goal is to make our patients happy and comfortable. We have a staff meeting every month where we all discuss what we can do to make things better. What do our patients enjoy? What changes can we make to please our patients more?”
Building Success Through Word of Mouth
Fremont Dental Group has certainly built an impressive reputation for themselves, so we were excited to hear about some of the ways they have marketed and grown their business. Alex told us that they have a half-page ad in the local phonebook, and they also advertise in the local school yearbooks and activity guides, but that the biggest way they get new business is word of mouth. All loyal customers who send a new patient their way are sent a personal thank you letter and a Starbucks gift card.
