We were excited to catch up with NES Electrical Services and hear about how the last year has gone for them, so we sat down with the owner, Jose Nunez.

In addition to building the kind of online reputation that any small business would envy, Gagnon’s Electrical Services has spread the word about who they are and what they do by staying active and involved in the community, where they donate to Community Hospice House and assist when they can with First Church.

There are many businesses out there that are looking to build as impressive a reputation as Gagnon’s Electrical Services has managed to. We asked if Bill could share any expert advice with these companies. Here’s what he had to say:

“Be honest and be fair with people. If you do that, people trust you, and that goes a long way.”

Bill also wanted to give his thanks and appreciation to his wife and son, who both do so much work to help make this business a success! His son is a licensed electrician, who Bill called “their lead man” and his wife runs all their books.
