The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Solid Rock Landscaping LLC stand apart from its competitors. Chris told us a bit about how they got their start and where this local, family-owned company is now:

“We are a family-owned and -operated business operating out of West Des Moines, Iowa. Originally from Rock Valley, Iowa, my brother, Jon Wallenburg, founded Solid Rock Landscaping LLC in March of 2003. [I am now] a co-owner and have been with the company for about a decade. In addition to us, we employ six full-time crew members. We enjoy helping people with their outdoor living spaces!”

We asked Chris if he could describe their business mission for us. He said:

Solid Rock Landscaping LLC has certainly earned a phenomenal reputation, so we were excited to know more about what they have done to get their name out and grow their company. Chris told us that they have done some work with a third-party marketing business to help to establish their online presence. He said that while they are not looking to expand anytime soon, they are possibly looking at hiring a few more employees!
