We were excited to learn all about Dance Fit Flow and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Co-Owners, Kerri and Lauren.

The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Dance Fit Flow stand apart from its competitors. Kerri and Lauren told us about how they got their start, the service they hope to provide, and the culture they promote:

“We found a gap in the service we wanted to provide; we are both former NFL dancers and went on [to different] professional careers when we realized that dance was something that was missing in our adult lives. We are not a traditional dance studio; all of our classes are for adults. We offer a variety of dance and fitness classes to suit all types of backgrounds and abilities. Our culture is really important. It is empowering and inclusive.”

Dance Fit Flow has earned a fantastic reputation, so we were excited to hear more about how they have gotten their name out and grown their business. Kerri and Lauren shared that they start by making sure to make a personal connection with everyone who walks through their door. Because of this commitment to excellent customer service, word of mouth has been their greatest source of new business. They also utilize networking, both with other small businesses and with people they know in the dance world, to connect with people.
