We were excited to learn all about Pueo Plumbing and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the customer service manager, Mike Anderson.

The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Pueo Plumbing stand apart from its competitors. Mike told us:

“Our approach to helping our customers is to take on their problems as our own. To a lot of people, a plumbing problem can become traumatic. It can be stressful, and some people can even panic because they don’t know what to do. We want to take that stress and worry off their hands and let them relax, sit back, and let us take care of it. There are a lot of companies that are commission-based, meaning the technician’s pay can depend on how much they sell you. This can obviously cause employees to just sell you as much as possible, regardless of whether the customer needs it or not. By doing that and being an island, eventually, they’re going to come across other people to compare with and realize they paid too much and then they’ll never call you again. We are not trying to make as much as we can off of every job. We would rather help people for as long as they need our services. We would like to build long-lasting relationships with our customers. We want our customers to know we will be there to help them and their families for as long as they own their homes.”

Mike went on to tell us more about the Pueo Plumbing business mission, saying:
