01/16/2024: Upon a friend's recommendation, I contacted them for a move from NY to Atlanta, and they promptly answered my call. The individual I spoke with was courteous and friendly, providing me with a quote within minutes. The service from the crew surpassed my expectations, and I have no complaints.

03/17/2023: The worst moving company ever!! Was quoted differently after providing details on items and was charged double the amount. I was then charged an extra $300 cash for stairs inside my home when I was told that because the stairs were inside the home it wouldn’t be an extra charge. The main guy refused to move my office desk and stole items from my house. I had notified the company which I was ignored then eventually was told to file a claim. When I received my delivery 10 boxes were missing. They did not mark this on their form so the insurance company would not pay me anything for my missing items and paid me less than $100 for items stolen that was worth thousands. Between the theft, missing items and what I paid to them I’m out over $17,000. I will never do business with them again!! The main mover was extremely rude and the only one caught on our camera stealing some of our items. This company seems like the encourage employees to steal and provide bad information to get more money from customers!

03/27/2022: They show up as promised. I give the guy the tour of what is going. We have actually taken 4 major room hogs out of the equation: a fridge, a mattress, a bbq and a shop vacuum. This guy starts telling me it’s not based on items it’s based on tiers of the truck. I’m like where’s my 26 foot truck I was promised. Richard told me I’d get my own truck. That it would not be off loaded on to another truck or shipped with anyone else’s. He said oh no that’s wrong. I also said I was given a rate based on that truck. No tiers ever mentioned. He said look I’m just doing my job. I let him finish talking. He then proceeds to tell me that we were quoted 17 tiers and my stuff is not going to fit. My new quote is more than 2.5 times the amount I was originally quoted!!!! What the heck?!! Of course I call to speak to the office they are closed til Monday. So they guy calls his disbatcher and says the best they can do is give you a flat rate of $8500 for this amount of space but you may have to leave stuff off. Um no!!! You guys can get in your truck and drive your happy asses back to Sylmar because you are taking advantage of people like us in this situation. Shame on you!!

02/25/2022: They exceeded my expectations. First off, our sales representative assessed our move. He asked certain questions that we hadn’t thought of and helped us to get an accurate quote. I recommend their packing solutions, they’re quite careful handling all kinds of stuff. I was with the crew the whole time and they handled everything carefully. I was just impressed with their service.

02/24/2022: Unfortunately, we have had to move 3 times in less than 5 years. We always have used these movers because they never let us down. The first time we were so delighted with their service that we used them again. They always do such an amazing job. Our sales representative with Blue Hawk understands the stress of moving and he always does the needful to make us feel at ease.

02/18/2022: Our sales representative was responsive and helpful. Movers were unbelievable, they did such a nice job. I feel satisfied since they took great care of all our belongings, including our expensive glassware. All the staff was reasonable to deal with. I would use them again.

02/16/2022: This was a great deal for me. Their service was fast and effective, they even made the loading and unloading in less time than expected. They supplied moving blankets even for our mattress and wardrobe. That was awesome. The crew worked solid till the move was done. They are definitely worth it, give them a try!
