5/17/21- I called a service for kitchen sink not draining and a water leak in the basement. 5/20/21 - They came and fixed the kitchen sink and the busted pipe. The technician hand me the paper detailing the work is done and the amount I’m going to pay. He told me about the 30 day labor warranty. 6/15/21- I called again for the same issue( leak in the basement). I have an assumption that is covered by warranty. It still within 30 days. They told me that they will call back. 6/18/21- Three days past, nobody gave me a call back. So, I called again. They sent a technician on the same day. The technician came and I was informed that the leaked was from the hose reel and the hose.For us to have the same problem from a different cause, means that everything was not thoroughly checked. The fact that the hose reel with the hose was connected to the hose bib and pipe that they replaced on the first encounter.The technician had the work done approximately 6 mins. He hand me the paper detailing the work done. But no amount is written. 6/29/21- I was surprised that a bill came from a mail amounting $122.00. Wow, for 6 mins-$122.00. I called and asked why I was charged and how come that much.I was told it is in their policy to charge that amount. Nobody told me about that policy which they should have explained from the very beginning. It was a ripped off. Definitely not coming back.
