I was going through a complicated divorce and Brian’s name was chosen as our realtor. Brian took on the challenge without hesitation, without even knowing us. My husband and I started talking with Brian over a year ago and let him know we wanted to purchase our first house but knew we needed some help with fixing our credit to make the loan and escrow process easy for us. We sent over required documents and Brian started working with us right away to get our credit score the best possible and even had us in contact with his mortgage broker to help make sure we were on the quickest and most efficient path! When we finally got the green light to start looking, he was able to set up showings for that weekend. He knew exactly what we wanted and was able to find us our perfect house that same weekend. We were able to start and close escrow within the 30 days. With this being our first home purchase we had a million questions and he patiently and clearly answered every one, and he was always available for us by text or phone call, which made a big difference! Our escrow closed while he was on his anniversary trip and I would have never known he was out of town. He was still able to make sure everything went smoothly and we still got our keys the day escrow closed. Brian is an excellent Realtor! He really knows this business and how to handle the home buying process from start to finish. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and is always on top of everything. I spoke to a few other Realtors but was not very happy with what I heard or how they talked to me. I am a first time home buyer so it's important to me to be comfortable with who I am going to work with. From the first time I spoke to Brian I knew I wanted to work with him. He answered all of my questions, gave me an overview of the whole process, got me qualified very quickly with his lender, and explained everything every step of the way. He even got me closing money from the seller, so my closing costs were very minimal. This was excellent because I was able to keep more money in my account to work on my new home and fix things up. His lender was excellent, professional, quick, and answered all of my mortgage questions. Brian is an awesome Realtor! He is very knowledgeable, professional, organized, and knows exactly what he is doing! From the first time I spoke with Brian I could tell that he was different than any other realtor I have spoken to before. The one thing I noticed from talking with other realtors is that they just want to know if I am qualified and ready, and when I say no I am just thinking and getting some info, most of them said let me know when your qualified, and some did not even continue the conversation or just lost interest. They made me feel like I was just a transaction and I really didn't matter and it was just when I ready they were ready to help. That's not a realtor I want to work with or I want to know, that's just not how it works. Brian is not like that at all and is a genuine real person who really cares. When I spoke to him I had a normal conversation and learned a lot from him. He answered all of my questions and gave me as much time as I needed. He took the time to get to know me, what I do, and even my hobbies. After speaking with him I felt motivated and ready to move forward, and the way he talked made me feel that the whole buying process was actually very simple and easy. I told him let's get started so he connected me with his lender on same call. From there they had me fill out a quick loan application online that took just a few minutes, and I e-mailed them all my docs. Then a little bit after, I get a phone call from them, his lender asked me a few more questions, then I was qualified and ready to start shopping that same day! His lender was very knowledge and explain the mortgage part very well to make sure I understood all aspects. I really learned a lot from speaking with him. Brian was on the call with his lender to make sure all areas were covered and all my questions were answered. Brian made me feel like a team of people were working for me and that made a huge difference and gave me all the confidence in the world. They told me straight up how it will be and what will and won't work. We starting house shopping and within a week we found a couple homes that I liked, then after viewing them, I found the one I wanted. He sent in the offer the same day and negotiated a great deal and got me closing credit. I could not believe how he handled the whole process while in escrow, he made it so smooth and kept me fully updated until the day we closed. Brian even knows insurance and took care of mine with his insurance agent. They got me a policy for my house and cars, and with all the discounts saved me money and got me great coverage in case anything happens. I was very excited and satisfied when we closed escrow and I received my keys! Brian and his lender worked great together and complimented each other. I felt like they were with me every step of the way and kept updating me as we went so I had nothing to worry about. So without a doubt, hands down, Brian is an outstanding person and realtor. He takes his job and his clients very seriously. Even after we were done, he kept in contact with me, and checked on me to see how the new house was, and if I needed anything. Brian SOLD our house for top dollar and helped us BUY another one at the same time! Brian is an excellent Realtor! He handled both transactions as professional and smooth as possible. He did a great job in explaining the two different processes, the steps, and what to expect so we we ready for every part ahead of time. And handled this escrow smoothly as well, and stayed on top of everyone to make sure everything was done as quick and best as possible. We ended up closing escrow right after each other and my wife and I were very impressed at the results and all what he did for us! Brian is a great Realtor and was a pleasure to deal with! He is professional, polite, respectful, a good sense of humor, and a well rounded person. My husband and I were looking to buy our first home and he is always busy working, so he left it to me to find a realtor that we can work with to handle all the details and paperwork. All he wanted was to see the house before we make an offer and have the keys in his hands. Well I searched online and found a couple realtors and starting calling them. I was just shocked how some them don't ever call you back, or send you to someone on their team or in their office to get the paperwork or additional info, before they even talk to you. Some of those I didn't even get to speak to directly, which is a big red flag. I don't want to work with someone I cannot even speak to directly or get a hold of, that's just not going to work. Then I found Brian, he answered right away and was a breath of fresh air. He answered all my questions, gave me more information on our first call that I ever expected, and was very easy to deal with. I felt very comfortable and could trust Brian from our first call. So we got to work right away, he got his lender involved on the same call, I filled out the loan app in just a few minutes, got him all the docs they needed within a day, and we were qualified and shopping for homes. I could not believe how organized and detailed Brian was. I could tell that he knows exactly what he is doing and how to take care of his clients. When we found the the house and went to go look at it, even my husband was impressed by how he handled everything. My husband does not trust people very often for many reasons, but he had no problems trusting Brian and could see all the hard work he did for us. He got us a great deal on the house, closing credits, and made sure everything was taken care of during escrow. Brian even knows homeowners insurance, was able to explain it, set us up with his insurance agent, and put our house and cars together on one policy, getting us better coverage and a better rate.
