Go elsewhere, immediately. It's 11.45am and I'm still waiting for an 11am appointment that I arrived to 20 minutes early. This is after they canceled my appointment last week on an hour's notice (on 7/6/2022), blaming me for the cancelation (I initially called the Brident hotline, not this office directly, which hinders their process, I guess.) For today's appointment, when they canceled last week, they offered me a time tomorrow (7/13) yet sent me a confirmation email with today's date (7/12) at a different time, which, again, i arrived to early only to wait. Disorganization and unprofessionalism are the norms here. And no one who works here seems to care.
