Very practical and helpful and has good ideas as well as reasonable pricing. Doesn't try to oversell which so many companies I have used in the past have done so! Plus love his dog. Mr. Chubby!

Great service! Ed came out after hours and fixed our air so we didn’t have to suffer through the heat. He was professional and more than fair. We will definitely be calling them when we replace one of our units next spring.

Burns Heating & Air installed a brand new unit in my home and redid all the duct work. They were professional, accommodating and very reasonably priced. Edward is very knowledgeable and proposed a solution that best fit our needs and budget. Existing duck work in the basement left us with a very low ceiling. They installed a new heat pump with the majority of duck work in the attic maximizing space in the living areas of the house and raising the ceiling in the basement. Later on, when my husband decided to upgrade us to a Nest thermostat using his own handyman skills, we ended up with no heat! We called Edward, and he drove a long way to rescue our family from turning into icicles the same day. I strongly recommend Burns guys to anyone.
