35 x 12 addition with only 3 walls. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had working with anybody in construction. Request a 50% deposit and more then six months later still not finished. He doesn’t plan his jobs well. Don’t believe anything the man tells you because he will not do what he says he was going to do, he will make up stories. If you want stress in your life hire Steve he won’t disappoint.
