My mother died in 1998 and my father in 2017. The headstone does not reflect my father’s deceased date and after 3 phone calls, a complaint to BBB and Dignity Memorial I was told that no estimate date of service can be given, it is unknown to Calvary Hill’s staff when the headstone will be removed, engraved, and returned. This is poor customer service.
