Campers4Rent is always there for me when I'm ready to camp. They drop off and set up and I just have to show up and camp. Others in my family were also impressed and they use them as well. I'm a bit of a clean freak and always show up with my cleaning stuff to clean before I use it and it is already clean and ready to go. They are consistent and you can absolutely count on them.
My first rental with campers4rent was a good experience. Excellent value and easy to work with for pickup and return. Trailer had plenty of wear and tear but that was expected. Overall had a great experience. Would definitely rent from you again.
The second time we rented a camper, it was a pop-up. There were a few things that needed repair, including one end having rollers that were broken - we had great difficulty pushing it in! The indoor and outdoor showers has almost no water pressure. Also, the A/C did not cool very well, even at night.
Renting a travel trailer from Campers 4 Rent is a great time and an excellent value for those that don't want the expense of owning a travel trailer if you only have limited time to use each year. Also, it is a great way to try before you buy. The travel trailer we rented was clean and in good working condition. We will definitely rent again from Campers 4 Rent the next time we are ready to go camping. I would not hesitate to recommend them to you. Happy travels!
Scott does everything he can to make renting a good experience for the customer. A huge investment in campers of all sizes and all the equipment/assessories etc. that must be coordinated with each rental means he has to be extra careful for himself AND the customer. I will keep renting from CAMPERS 4 RENT in the future.
We went to Sturgis in 2016 but not this year. We really were pleased with the 30' trailer we rented from you that year. My boyfriend, Rick Mizell was the one who rented but I'm the one with the computer. Carolyn Vaught
Overall experience was positive.
Minor problems during rental, all but one problem resolved.
On call tech was very helpful and responded during early morning hours.
Check out and hook up handled well by Judy. She also adjusted rates on the fly based on my last minute decisions.
Scott promptly handled an overcharge on my rental.
All of the lights in the trailer did not work. Circuit breaker on generator tripped while powering all appliances, had to switch water heater to propane to avoid problem. Generator leaked oil.
Took a while to be able to leave with the trailer. Didn't like the min day limit. Seemed like their way of being able to make even more money from you when you won't even have the trailer. Trailer worked as it should have I believe. It was hard to keep the trailer cool in the middle of the day.
My complaints have to do with the condition of one of the tires. I did not catch it when I picked up the trailer, but feel that it should have been found before the camper was made available to rent. I did find the bad tire on our way back and stopped to change it. There was no tire iron with the camper, and the one from my Ford F-150 truck did not fit the lug nuts. I had a socket that fit, but it was a cheap china product and broke in half when I tried to loosen the lug nuts. Fortunately, there was an auto repair shop next door to where we stopped. They helped me get the tire on and mount the spare. We made it back home safe and sound. The camper itself was great. The bed was very comfortable and our large dog also had a nice place to sleep. The people at Campers 4 Rent were a pleasure to do business with. I would rent from them again should we make another venture out into the camping world.
