We aren’t like the usual hard money/soft money lenders they’ve spoken with. That is because we have a system that makes it easy to close loans the easiest, fastest, and with the most common sense of any lender we’ve heard of. We have even closed a lot of loans overnight when the borrowers had a true emergency.

The Capella team is a class act. I was nervous at first contacting a hard money lender as I’ve never dealt with any before. I had a unique opportunity that traditional banks didn’t offer a loan for. The Capella team went above and beyond to help my situation with a great rate as well vs what I was expecting. I highly recommend anyone in need of ANY type of real estate loan contact them before giving up!
