Carter Home Health has been a horrible experience. They presented themselves as professionals who specialize in my type of wound care needs. Only twice have hey not had to come back to redo what they had done, but they used the wrong materials, left materials out, and did not follow explicit written directions provided by the doctor when he realized Carter doesn’t know how to treat wound vac patients. Twice now Carter has used sticky material on my raw, fresh stoma, that hat to be painfully pealed off. I am switching agencies today.
