CG Cosmetic Surgery

This place is a scam! They don’t care about patients you’re just a dollar sign to them! Patient coordinators don’t help you with anything once your procedure is paid. There is no communication between patient coordinators and doctors due to that my procedure was canceled 5 minutes before me going into the operating room. Apart from the money lost in hotel and car rentals, now for my refund they’re still trying to keep my deposit even after the manager Johana said I would get a full refund. This was truly a horrible experience, I wouldn’t even recommend an enemy to this place.

I had surgery with desouza in august 2022. I have been patient to hope results would start to show however it’s clear that’s not going to happen. I had a BBL thigh lipo an jplasma, or that’s what I paid for. However, physically there is no difference in my appearance. I would strongly encourage you to look else where.

Me sacaron del salon si se puede llamar salon toda inconsiente para la calle y me dijeron que me hiciera pipi encima por 3 ocaciones.el doctor nunca le ves la cara solo en el momento que te pinta . Te tellena otro doctor no es el . En una hora entra una y dlae otra del salon (colapsado)

So I was suppose to get my surgery back in January and my EKG test kept coming back abnormal. So I decided to cancel my surgery. I was suppose to get my refund within 2months and now it’s been 9months and CG cosmetic willl not refund my money back to my account for a surgery I never got done . CG cosmetics is horrible . They were trying to make me do the surgery even thou my test was abnormal. They don’t care about the patient . They only care about making money . They already charge me $1250 non refundable deposit . But still won’t refund the rest of the money that they charge my alpheon credit card . I try to disput with alpheon and cg cosmetic still don’t want to refund it . I have an email back in august when accounting said my money was going to be refun. But they telling alpheon something else . I will send this to the better business beaurau and find a lawyer who can help me . They are doing a lot of illegal activities and all they want is your money . I’m so upset at this point. I need help to get my money back .

Dr. Loessen is highly skilled and experienced and his work is excellent. The phlebotomist is so warm and kind. Everything is done timely and efficiently. Top notch results made accessible to the not so rich and famous!

If I could give 0s I would. My butt looks like a square with weird chunks of extra fat on the inside of my butt cheeks, I wish I was exaggerating. My hips look like that picture of the person sculpting his body and carving the fat off…. I pray no one goes there and that this place gets shut down. They literally have a chop shop girls have Appts at the same time from 6am until midnight. These doctors obviously cannot give ladies the attention and time they deserve. No one is allowed in with you in waiting or to get prepared and honestly, the rooms are stupid. They’re little twin beds…… I became so scared I started crying. I wish I had backed out, honestly. I’ll have to do a revision and I’m honestly scared yo trust another doctor with my body. Please don’t go here. It’s really hit or miss. Some girls get a doctor who is spot on and others just come out so fucked up. There’s a fb group for Cg girls…. It’s scary.

DO NOT GO HERE...They will be nice once they get your money then don't answer the phone or call you back!!.The reps are thee worst I swear. Very unorganized and simply don't care about how you feel. Stay away from this place...the anesthesiologist and the surgeon is very nice but the girls that work in preop and your rep is very ignorant!!!..Check out the other reviews of people saying the same thing!!..The positive ones are from people who been asked to leave a nice review. They don't deserve one star! Add insult to injury. When I first called, the rep was new so she didn't comprehend certain things. I asked for her manager..JUDY who reassured me that I can always call her for anything...BS..after they got my money, I had an issue and JUDY is never available to talk!!

I want to start telling that I am a medical Doctor in process to start my specialty in USA in 2022. This feedback is from someone who studied medicine twice. I was looking for someone good to do a 360 Lipo with J plasma and when I had called CG cosmetic in Miami, I was told the best surgeon for my procedure was Decio Carvhalo. They asked me to go same day I called to see him. When I had arrived I had to pay $250 cash to see “Johanna” a clinical coordinator who lied to me telling me this doctor is plastic board certified in USA. She was the one checking my body after I had paid $250. I felt humiliated because a person who not medical certified was the one doing check up. She was veey good lying because After all, I did the stupidest thing I had ever done in my entire life… I had paid in full 7K in July of 2021 to get my surgery done on October 23 without seeing the doctor or doing more research… After I got home I started looking for more info then realized that I had done the worst mistake of my life. This doctor supposedly was a plastic surgeon in Brazil. He is a family doctor in USA and he is performing procedures under general anesthesia like mine without a license. He was in the ABC news in 2017 for this… and still keep doing illegals procedures. So I got freaked out. I asked the. and they told me that he did get the license after that incident. Bull S! October 6 of 2021. I went to see him after my request, hoping he canceled my surgery on his own decision for me be able to get my full refund back. Otherwise I will lost a big portion of the money I had paid. So as a doctor and single mom, I had done with my PCP a few labs to make sure I was in optimal conditions for this surgery. And I am! BTW this never was requested for CG cosmetic.They had called me several time to move the surgery with 2-3 days notice. I always said no to move the surgery. I need it to see him first! They Knew I was pre diabetic from day one. As I expected the doctor canceled my surgery during the visit that day. He told me I was diabetic and I need to loose weight 20-30pounds for my surgery. I was 190 pounds and 5’7 high. My BMI was 30. This was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard!! You do patients over 200 pounds everyday. Lol But I didn’t complained. I just wanted my full money back! It’s being over 30 days and still waiting for this to happen… I tried to speak with the manager, even the owner of the unprofessional place is aware but nobody put the face to me yet. I hope I don’t need to get the TV channels or an attorney involved to get my full refund. I had done my procedure already with a double board certified doctor. Thank God everything went well and he was not scared for me to be pre-diabetic under control. Thank God I got serious people to do it. My advise for those reading this is to make sure you getting a certified doctor and a serious place to get your surgery done. Is your life on their hands…Maybe some people got good results at this fake place, but I won’t recommend this doctor nor CG cosmetic to anyone! BECAREFUL!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Unless you’re OK with being treated like a pig in a pig factory! This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life! Especially for something that you pay that much money for and for a surgical procedure that big of a deal! They are sloppy and unorganized to the max! And absolutely rude and aggressive! First, they changed my surgery date without letting me know! I found out when I requested for a pre-op surgical lab order for my pre-op! (They didn’t even send it to me, I HAD TO REQUEST IT!) to find out that the surgery date that they had on the pre-op was different from the one I originally had on my receipt when I paid and booked the appointment! When I brought it to their attention, my coordinator was pretty much like “oh well, your problem not ours.” What?!! So who’s paying to rebook my ticket?! I had to pay a rescheduling fee to reschedule my flight! Thankfully, I was in the process of booking my Airbnb and have not booked yet otherwise there would be an additional charges for that as well! They don’t follow up with you on anything! If you go here expect to follow up with them on your appointments, pre-ops and post ops! They never gave me a list of items that I need before surgery. If it wasn’t for my recovery girl, I would have had to buy everything there and they charge double the price for everything! They also made me redo a bunch of lab orders and made me pay for it out of pocket too! Cash only! They hustle your money!!! Don’t believe in Instagram! They are grimy people. They tried to deny my surgery when I have proper paperwork that cleared me for having surgery! They wanted one that was recent and thankfully my doctor emailed them a letter to clear me for having the procedure with a recent date on it! They don’t care about you! You are just another number to them and they treat you like an animal! I asked for my refund and if you cancel your surgery and want your refund back they will keep $1000 of your money! After booking my flight, paying for the recovery house and have spent all this money on having the surgery, I just followed through with it. But let me tell you my experience with this place was gruesome! I felt like I was in a third world country! And not to mention, after general anesthesia while I was in the recovery room slowly waking up, the doctor came out and started yelling at me!!!! Saying that I’m ungrateful and that I should thank him for doing the surgery on me and said that I had a chance to cancel and I said you guys already have my money! I recorded him yelling at me so I can share it online and the nurse snatched my phone and said no camera and deleted my video! It was a NIGHTMARE! If I had known this was the experience that I was going to have I would pay that extra $2000 and get it done at home in my state! They are incompetent. From the coordinator to the nurse and even to the doctor, Dr. Desouza. My experience with then from beginning to end was horrifying! I would give them a ZERO if I could. And my results wasn’t even as dramatic as I wanted it! It seem like he got lazy! Didn’t suction enough fat out of my midsection, and my butt was slightly lifted! It doesn’t even look like I got anything done! No shaping on my hips at all! It looks the same from the front the only difference is there is a slight bump on my butt for a little lift. What a complete waste of money! I’m already considering another BBL. :( Not to mention, how unprofessional Dr. Desouza was to come out in the middle of his surgery to yell at me while I was slowly waking up from my general anesthesia. I wish I still had the video of him yelling at me. I’m guessing this is not the first time. The nurses seem to know exactly what to do, grabbed my phone, and deleted the video quickly! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! SAVE YOURSELF FROM A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE and RUN!!!

I get to the surgery place for my pre-op , check in and sat and waited till it was time for them to call me to the back for accounting. (You have to show the method of payment so they can clear you for surgery but if you no longer have that credit or debit card anymore you have to show your bank statement). So they call me to the back and she tells me that I need my credit card because it’s a lot of ppl doing fraud and they want to protect theirselves from losing out on thousands of dollars. So I said I no longer have that specific credit card anymore and that I have my bank statement with me. She said that they couldn’t no longer take a bank statement because of “Fraud” IN THE CONTRACT THAT I SIGNED CLEARLY SAYS IF YOU DONT HAVE THE CARD YOU CAN BRING THE BANK STATEMENT. So instantly I started getting mad because you can’t change a contract after it’s been signed!!! So I asked to speak with a supervisor. About 3 mins later the supervisor call me to the back and say we would have to refund the portion that came off the credit card and that it’ll take 3-4 business days depending on your bank and if I have $1500 now that I can pay for it now and keep my surgery date. (I follow their page on Facebook and they have done this to girls multiple of times , taking their money etc not paying it back or whatever) so I said no I’m not doing that when I already paid y’all $5500 within 2 months of booking with them. So she said well you have to leave and I said “IM NOT GOING NOWHERE UNTIL I RECIEVE A FULL REFUND” Mind you the lady was disrespectful, nasty acting towards me before even knowing the situation but I kept my cool because I wanted my surgery done.
