CG Cosmetic Surgery

Last year they were having a bbl special for $3500 and of course I immediately gave a $1000 deposit and set up a surgery date with Dr. Carvalho. Well after a few months when I called the office for general information, I was notified that my contractual agreement would not be acknowledged and that the office no longer does any surgeries for less than $5000. I was highly disappointed and requested a refund with the accounting department in which they stated would only take 30 business days to process. It’s been almost 60 days and I still haven’t received my refund nor am I able to actually talk to any person in regards. The only option is to email in which they constantly say that they are working on it if they even respond. This company is so fraudulent. They were quick to take my money but can’t adhere to their own refund policy.

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! I was due to get a tummy tuck done for $5000. Due to my daughter's murder, I asked for a refund at the end of January. I stated that I needed my money to purchase a headstone for my daughter. I have gotten nothing but a run around from this company. They charging $1000 to refund my money and yet holding my $4000 that is owed to me. All I want is my money back. I have been really stressed out and have not been able to grieve the death of my daughter due to steady contacting them to get a run around. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere that will respect and appreciate your business. You also will be able to speak to a live person. I really regret doing any business with this company.

I want to start off by saying that if I could give zero stars I would! This office has zero bedside manner and it's ran like a fast food chain (in & out)! On September 19 I had surgery with Dr. Carvalho - I am now 3 months postop & my right butt cheek is bigger than my left, my stomach is still big & I have looks looks like a pocket of fat underneath my butt! The whole purpose of this surgery was to “boost” my confidence & now I’m more insecure then ever!!! I've requested multiple times to have my surgery documents sent over to me & i've never seen them! I voiced my concerns in my coordinator multiple times, I even called her a week after my surgery and told her that I didn't like my results! At that point she told me I had to wait 12 weeks to see my results, I am now passed my 12 week mark & I’m still not happy with my results! My coordinator continues to brush me off and now tells me that I need to wait up to 6 months to see my true results!!! I just want this corrected, I have no projection in my butt & my stomach looks huge. I keep reaching out to my coordinator and nothing has been resolved! I was told I needed to email their records department which I did & I included before and after pictures! This whole process was very disheartening, and the lack of remorse is horrible! If you’re looking to have surgery please do your research!!

Best place ever! Professionalism and quality are there standards. I got surgery on Dec 14th , since I arrived the first time, everybody was nice, consider and professional. I’m Dr. De Souza’s patient and his work was just perfect ! Exactly what I want ! But I think everyone deserves my gratitude and my congrats for such an amazing work they do. I want to mention each of you because I’m so grateful! If I had the ability to review negative five, I would. The worst medical practice I have ever dealt with in my life. Customer satisfaction is nonexistent, once they've completed the surgery and have done their few followups, getting a hold of them is impossible. Took us 6-8 months to actually get a hold of anyone and basically just told us we're wrong and they're right. That they did their job right despite butchering my son. The place is like a fast food joint, the evaluation is done by the coordinator and you see the doctor moments before your surgery. I took my 28 year old son for a full body lift and whatnot. He had lost over 300lbs. Well, they did the surgery and they took him to the door and I had to go get him and put him in the car. Basically, we're done, now get out. After the first surgery he was not happy as he has uneven stitching on his side and he has a swelling on his back that they said will go away. It hasn't, so we called and they said they will fix it when he comes back for the chest and thighs. We went back and spent another $10,000, and they did the thighs and breast, and again he was sent home the same way. They said that the swelling will go down and straighten out. But till this day nothing has gotten better and it's been over a year. They have stopped answering my calls. If they couldn't do what he wanted they should have told us. We did everything they told us to do, even the lymphatic massages. The service is unacceptable, and it seems that the doctor is under pressure to fulfill many procedures and is exhausted. The place made you feel like you were in a third world country and you went there for a hack job surgery, but we still ended up spending $20,000 for both surgeries. Worst experience of my son's life. Now he's suffering from extreme depression because of his hacked up body and they refuse to do anything about it. They're con artists and nothing more. Save your money and mental health and find a better company.

I would tell anyone who thinks this place is good place to have any surgery. BBL don't do it here regardless of the price! You will be disappointed I promise I was and I just spoke with girls that came out of surgery with their BBL and were not happy. I was just here having my breast augmentation redone. I had my last one done here. I was very pleased but the doctor I had was no longer there. So I was told Dr Hunsaker was available and that Frieman and Krau were more in cost. I would say if you have the money go with them if not dont use the other DRs. Dr Hunsaker was my surgeon and he did a horrible job stitching me up. He left my scars hideous! I've called and emailed them no response?? I want them to repair my incision! I'm kinda a this point of not wanting them to ever touch me again!. So disappointed. People please do your research and listen to the bad reviews it's important!

Based on my experience, I really don’t believe in all these reviews. Let me start by saying that they clinic is lacking professionalism. We traveled from another state and they didn’t disclosed everything that we were going to spend once we were in Miami. The labs and echo ($140) plus we had to pay a doctor for a clearance that he didn’t even do but charge us $190, remember that these two were not discussed Pryor surgery but once we signed the contract, they pull the money from the account with no problem. They didn’t help us with the appointments, we had to push Juliet and call her millions time so she can let us know what to expect, otherwise they didn’t contact us at all. They said they were suppose to call us a week before, well No one from the clinic or Juliet call us to let us know what we needed. When I was waiting for my wife, I heard so many complains and unfortunately they were all the same. Many people were disappointed by the clinic but the worse part is that they didn’t care. The manager was there and all she did was walking around showing off her a** and didn’t do anything to fix any of the problem that these girls had. Well that is just the administrative part. Let’s talk about the Doctor. My wife didn’t see the doctor until 20 mins before surgery. It was the only time we saw him. No f/u or anything. He was very dry. No professionalism at all. No bed side maner. Let’s talk about the actual surgery. Yes the breast implants look good but the arm lift is a disaster. He left the job haft done. He left the skin just hanging and it looks like a bat. It does look horrible but of course I can’t tell that to my wife because it will kill her. I just want to make sure that if someone uses this clinic they know 100 percent what they are getting into. All they care about is the money. I am sure there are plenty of centers waiting to have a customer that they would really take care of but please stay away from this place. Nothing about this place is trustworthy. Always trust your instincts, unfortunately, we didn’t do it.
