Each bank has its own president and decisions are made locally in each of these markets. J.W. “Bill” Crews Jr. serves as Chairman for Crews Banking Corporation and Vice Chairman for Wauchula State Bank, with his grandson, J.W. “Jake” Crews IV, serving as CEO of Charlotte State Bank & Trust.
