My business partner and I had scheduled a (paid) consult call to file for two LLCs in Wyoming. The attorney we were assigned to, Brandi Joffrion, never called us at our reserved time. The receptionist was confused and made it sound like they didn’t know we were scheduled even though we had a confirmation email. We called 3x over 45 mins and finally asked for a refund of our money. Only then did the attorney try to call us. She left a message that was so garbled that it was unintelligible except for her name. She then emailed stating she “DID” try to call us, although it was 50 minutes after our scheduled time, after we’d called the office 3x, and finally asked for a refund of our money. The disorganization is concerning, and the unprofessional and sour attitude of the attorney ensured we would never use or recommend them. We had a great experience with a competing firm that, while more expensive, was extremely thorough, professional, and did an incredible job.
