Our in-home care services include companion and personal care (with services provided by CNAs and HHAs) and skilled nursing care (with services provided by RNs and LPNs). In addition, we offer live-in care services, which we can customize for you. It is our pleasure to be there for you, your family, and your loved ones through our quality home care services. Our Registry is local, family-owned, licensed, bonded, and insured. We offer one to 24 hours a day of coverage, plus live-in care. Our caregivers are carefully screened and meet the Agency for Health Care Administration’s (AHCA) guidelines that govern our license. I cannot speak highly enough about Collier home care. Mike Fallon is on top of everything and has wonderful people working for him. My dad had an aid by the name of Misleny. She was the best at handling my 97-year-old dad who is not the easiest person to get along with and she is absolutely wonderful. Mike and the rest of the staff respond properly to any phone calls or emails and I would highly recommend them to others

Thanks to Collier Home Care for helping us care for our grandmother. We don’t live close enough to her to make sure she has help with laundry, buying groceries or doing dishes everyday, so we called Collier Home Care and they found the perfect person to help her. The caregiver is like my grandmother’s new best friend! Not only does she help with daily chores, she takes my grandmother to get her hair done, to doctors appointments and even took her Christmas shopping -- which my grandmother loved! It makes all the difference to her quality of life and our peace of mind. Now we can visit her and know that she’ll be ok when we leave.

Wow! I couldn’t be more thankful to Mike and Sarah at Collier Home Care. My mother left rehab right before Christmas and my family and I were stuck in quarantine due to Covid. We called Collier Home Care and they responded immediately to our needs. They got someone to my mother’s house the day she was discharged-- with only 24 hrs notice. During our initial phone call they asked detailed questions about the kind of care my mom needed, what kind of caregiver would be best for her and found someone she absolutely loved. Given the pandemic, they also took time to make sure we understood and were comfortable with all the new Covid protocols. This agency didn’t miss a thing. They were professional, compassionate and reliable when it mattered most. We are grateful for Collier Home Care this holiday season!

Everyone went above and beyond to provide exceptional care for my mother while she recuperated. My mother was treated with incredible care, kindness and compassion. I had great peace of mind knowing she was well taken care of and safe.

We have been very satisfied at the quick response and friendly people at Collier Home Care. They are excellent at follow up and we’re invaluable in helping my 94 and 95 year old parents thru Covid and then again a second time in Responding overnight to an emergency call for help. Very satisfied.
