We had to have our A/C unit replaced due to age and leakage. We went through the Costco program and they referred us to Collins as the company they trust. I soon found out why Costco recommends them, they are a wonderful company to work with, and the employees are excellent people.
We had our pre-installation visit to figure out what type of unit, etc. and their salesman was extremely knowledgeable and accurate in his assessment/estimate.
The installation technicians, Mario Campos and Edgar Belmudes came over and went right to work demoing the old unit and putting in the new one. It took longer than expected because the house is old and new things don't fit well without modification. They took care of everything and were very friendly, knowledgeable, and careful.
I would highly recommend this company for any of your A/C, heating or plumbing needs.
