Although I still am experiencing some pain with the piriformis I do think it has improved and the exercises do help. Jennifer ? was great. Since she was also a tennis player I feel she definitely understood that I did not want to completely stop playing. I have played some tennis and golf recently and do notice minimal pain after but it is tolerable. I will definitely come back again if I am in need of additional dry needling or exercises. Thanks

Really helped me with arthritis in my thumb. It's amazing how hand pain can affect your day! I haven't been back in 8 months and am able to manage soreness with the stretches and exercises Sue taught me. I would recommend this business highly!
