Very competitive merchant in price, product (Trane), and service. My wife and I suffered from 5 days of zero AC as the heat index rose to 98-99 degrees. We consulted with the top 4-5 AC companies in the metro to determined the best program for our home. After giving Comfort Pros the go ahead at 4:30 PM on a Tue, 24 hours later we had top notch Trane AC/Furnace installed. We experienced a wonderful night’s sleep as our home cooled from 90 degrees + to 72 degrees. The four man installation crew were very professional and made sure we understood how all the new bells and whistles worked before leaving our home.

Jason made this repair/maintenance visit very easy. He was timely, very professional and courteous. He was not pushy and explained everything before he did it. We will continue to use Comfort Pros for all our heating and air issue. Great experience.

Chris is fantastic! It was probably the busiest time of the year, he was able to make time for me anyway, he didn't know me from Adam and yet he honestly went above and beyond to help me out. Even offered to make an extra stop during his overly busy schedule to bring over a temporary solution until my hvac system could be replaced. Ran into a couple of snafus during replacement, but Chris didn't skip a beat - he overcompensated and didn't waste any time working around the surprise issues.

I called Chris and despite a busy schedule he was able to have someone see me the next day. Denny was prompt, did a great job explaining what he was doing, and had a great attitude. He spent a lot of time meticulously cleaning out the furnaces and was happy to answer the questions I asked. Thanks to his thoroughness we didn't have to buy a new thermostat. I'm very pleased with Comfort Pros... they did a great job. Thanks again Chris and Denny!

I was very pleased with the purchase and installation of my new heat pump. Chris was very considerate,even bringing over a window unit until my installation day. All my questions were answered in a courteous and timely manner. They were very neat and clean on the day they installed my heat pump. I would highly recommend this company.
