I was looking forward to a basic yoga class which is what I signed up for, as I needed to get back into yoga and train those muscles using the tried and true poses. I wanted to gain a command of the basic poses then build upon them. I’m disappointed that the basic class I took was not on the mat, but on the wall. I had neck pain for a week after that class. It would be nice if they had a traditional class as a basic class.
