Just received a CPAP BiPap humidifier. Is supposed to be used and refurbished, but looks totally brand new. Very pleased with unit.

There was a problem with the first unit that was sent to me. I contacted the company describing the problem and before answering me about the problem the shipped me a replacement unit that works perfectly. Great customer service
