Alexandra was fantastic when reviewing my layout and needs. She developed a system that works for me, right down to placement of sensors. They hold true to their word, if something is promised, they deliver, on time. As an engineer, I look at things differently. All of my technical questions were answered handily with enough detail to satisfy me. I opted for the self install option. No regrets doing that.
